Product overview
YK-201 is an organic two-component foaming/filling type grouting material, which has the characteristics of fast foaming, large foaming multiple, solvent-free, low odor and good flame retardancy. The slurry is two-component independent packaging, there is no need to weigh the grout on site, as long as the A component and B component are mixed by the two-liquid grouting pump at a volume ratio of 1:1, the grout can be carried out.
Product features
1. Fast foaming, large foaming multiple, high filling efficiency;
2. The raw materials are non-toxic and harmless, high flash point, especially suitable for construction on occasions with high safety requirements;
3. Good flame retardancy, surface temperature 50-60 degrees, internal will not exceed 95 degrees, conducive to use in coal mines.
Scope of application
1. Fill the voids in the broken coal seam or rock formation, the pores in the tunnel cavern, etc.
2. Seal the coal seam goaf area and abandoned roadway to prevent air leakage, filling the working face or roadway holes, and prevent gas accumulation.
