Product overview

YK-521 is a double-liquid grouting material, which can penetrate into the deep microscopic fractures of the rock formation, and can effectively strengthen the broken surrounding rock and coal seam in the watery environment. It has the advantages of high strength, strong adhesion, adjustable solidification time and good toughness.

Product features

1. It can be quickly and high-strength curing in a large amount of water and the situation of turbulent water flow. The curing time is adjustable, and the compressive strength of more than 50MPa can be reached after curing.

2. Solvent-free, non-combustible, internal temperature below 140 degrees, especially suitable for a large number of leakage plugging and reinforcement construction.

3. The consolidated body has certain toughness, can fully adapt to the deformation of rock mass and coal seam, and once consolidated, quickly strengthen the crushed matrix.

Scope of application

1. Mine mining, ports, docks, piers, dams, hydropower stations, tunnel construction grouting plugging and reinforcement.

2. Retaining wall plugging in geological drilling, selective water blocking in oil exploitation and water inrush water stop reinforcement in mines.

3. It is especially suitable for plugging and strengthening leakage in a large amount of water inrush environment.
