YK-402 is a two-component rapid foaming grouting material made of water glass and isocyanate, which has the characteristics of low internal temperature, fast foaming, large foaming multiple, and non-combustible. It is suitable for rapid sealing of underground roadways in coal mines, rapid construction of protective layers for sealing, etc.
Product features
1. Fast foaming and large foaming multiple, effectively reducing the comprehensive cost.
2. Solvent-free, high flash point, flame retardant, internal temperature does not exceed 95 degrees and surface temperature 60 degrees under good mixing conditions, especially suitable for quickly sealing roadways and blocking gas.
Scope of application
1. The use of tunneling roadway, coal mine underground due to gas will appear large area, irregular infiltration, rapid blocking of gas, eliminate hidden dangers, etc.
2. Rapid sealing to prevent spontaneous combustion of coal seams and leakage of harmful gases caused by air leakage between the goaf and the mining area.
