Phenolic resin foam material YK-203 for coal mine filling and sealing is composed of A component and B component, A component is reddish-brown liquid, which is an organic polymer mixture, and the main component of the material is phenolic resin; Component B is a tan liquid with an acid mixture, and the main component of the material is organic acids such as phenol sulfonic acid. The consolidated body generated after mixing and curing of A component and B component according to the volume ratio of 4:1, 2:1, 3:1 and 1:1 has high mechanical properties, which is suitable for filling and crushing the roof plate (coal) to prevent the accumulation of roof gas, prevent the internal and external air exchange, prevent the fire of the crushed top coal, build firewalls and closed walls, and prevent harmful gases from gushing; Fill the gaps, abandon the old valley, and slip the coal hole to prevent wind leakage and ignition, prevent the gas gushing out of the goaf area, and prevent the oxidation and spontaneous combustion of the coal left in the goaf.
