YGG series combination polyether polyols are specially designed for the production of polyurethane foam insulation for one-step/two-step pipes, which contain the raw materials and all the additives required to produce rigid polyurethane foams in addition to blowing agents.

The foam properties of this combined polyether material are as follows:

Safe operating measures

Wear rubber gloves, goggles and protective clothing during operation. The working environment needs to be well ventilated and should be thoroughly cleaned after operation. Store in a closed container, separated from water in the air, protected from direct sunlight and away from heat sources.

Handling and storage

YGG series combination polyethers are polyol-based mixtures containing a small amount of tertiary amine catalysts. Since it is alkaline, YGG can cause mild to moderate discomfort, especially in prolonged direct contact with skin, eyes and respiratory tract patches. Goggles and protective gloves should be worn at all times when handling this product in direct contact with the potential for direct contact. The product splashed into the eyes should be immediately rinsed with plenty of water, if irritation or discomfort persists, seek medical attention immediately, the product splashed into the skin should be removed immediately to avoid continuous contact with the skin, and should be thoroughly washed before reuse.

Shelf life

Under suitable storage conditions, the storage period of YGG series combined polyether polyol is six months. Products that exceed the shelf life, the physical and chemical properties are within the index range, generally do not affect their use performance.
